What Rausch Digital Services is

Rausch Digital Services puts AI to work on the jobs small teams repeat and stays responsible for it every month. We set up Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or a private agent on your own server, and we also build websites and custom software. No AI company pays us. Based in Gilbert, Arizona.

Services and typical pricing

• Process Map: $999 for one job, credited toward AI Setup. One job mapped the way it really runs, with every step sorted into remove, automatic rule, AI or a person. The map is yours either way.
• AI Setup: From $3,000. Three agreed jobs, a check of exactly what the AI can see before it goes live, and team training. Guarantee: half to start, and the second half is due only when the agreed jobs pass the acceptance checks in the proposal. Required licenses and supported connections are scoped before work starts.
• Keep It Working: From $750/mo. Monthly logs, agreed maintenance, one agreed number per job reported every month, a response by the next business day and a fresh look at your process map whenever the AI tools change. New builds and work beyond the allowance are quoted separately.
• AI Visibility Snapshot: $1,500, credited toward the $4,500 visibility sprint, or any other project of $3,000 or more, started within 90 days of the Snapshot. Includes a 30-day re-measurement.
• Custom software: Working prototype $2,500, credited toward the build within 90 days. Builds from $7,500 in fixed-price phases.
• Lead follow-up, run for you: From $1,500 a month. Every new inquiry gets a reply within minutes and a weekly report of the numbers.
• Website design and setup: Typically $3,000 to $7,000. Pages, features and timing are agreed before work starts.
• Workflows and custom software: Scoped and quoted for the job.
• AI workshops for teams: Half-day workshop $1,200. Full-day workshop $2,000. Hands-on, in person in the Phoenix area or by video. Topics, date and terms are agreed in writing first.
• Private assistants: By request.
• 15-minute call: Free. Discuss the task and a useful next step.
• Website design and setup: From $2,500 for a homepage plus up to five pages, live in 14 days.

How RDS is different

• Every account is in your name. Every setup comes with a one-page handoff. If we stop working together, your setup stays in your accounts. Continued operation depends on your subscriptions, permissions and providers.
• We agree on the three automations, supported connections and acceptance checks before work starts. Required software licenses and usage costs are listed separately in your proposal.
• Your proposal sets the maintenance tasks, included time and usage costs. New builds and work beyond the allowance are quoted separately.
• Customer-facing work follows the approval rules agreed for that workflow. Examples on this site are illustrative. Search rankings, AI mentions, leads and savings aren't guaranteed.
