How the day runs

Before the day
Each person tells us one task they repeat every week. We build the session around those tasks, not around a slide deck.

On the day
We show each task done with AI, then everyone does it themselves on their own laptop, with the AI your business already has. Questions get answered on real work.

After the day
You get a written list of the jobs worth handing over first, ranked by time saved and how safe they are to hand over. What you do with it is up to you.
Who it suits
Owner-led teams of roughly 5 to 50 people. Most are on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and a few are on neither.

Questions about AI training
- Is this a course?
- No. There's no generic curriculum. The session is built around the tasks your own team does every week.
- Which AI do you train on?
- The one your business already pays for: Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude. If you don't have one yet, we'll tell you which fits. No AI company pays us, so the advice is straight.
- Does everyone need to be technical?
- No. If someone can write an email, they can do this. We go at the pace of the room.
- How many people can attend?
- It works best with up to about 15 people. For a bigger team, we'll suggest splitting it into groups when we agree the scope.
- What does it cost?
- A half-day workshop is $1,200 and a full-day workshop is $2,000. Topics, date and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before you pay. Software licenses are yours.
