Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026. Short version: we use the information you submit to deliver what you asked for, use basic site analytics to improve the experience, and never sell your information.
What we collect
- Free site audit form: your business name, your name, email, and website URL.
- Booking a call: the name, email, timezone, and notes you enter into our scheduling tool (Cal.com), plus the traffic source that brought you (for example, "linkedin").
- Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Site analytics: Google Analytics may process pages viewed, referral source, browser or device information, and approximate location. We use this in aggregate to understand site performance and conversion paths.
How we use it
- To run the audit you requested and email you the report.
- To schedule, confirm, and hold the call you booked.
- To follow up about the specific thing you asked for. You can tell us to stop with one reply.
- To understand which pages and calls to action are useful and where the site needs improvement.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in Supabase and our email system. Transactional email is sent through SendGrid. Scheduling runs on Cal.com and Google Calendar. Payments run on Stripe. Site analytics run through Google Analytics. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting your information, ever.
- No third-party advertising pixels or behavioral advertising campaigns on this site.
- No adding you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
