SEO & AI visibility

SEO and AI visibility for Phoenix metro businesses.

Someone in Chandler needs what you sell today. They'll type it into Google, or they'll just ask ChatGPT. If you're not in either answer, the job goes to whoever is. I find out exactly where you stand across search, the map pack, and AI answers, then tell you what to fix and in what order.

Phoenix metro One operator No rank guarantees

Based in Gilbert, Arizona. Working with businesses in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix, and remotely with businesses outside Arizona.

01 · What this fixes

You're not missing a keyword. You're missing the answer.

Local search stopped being one box a long time ago. There's the regular results, the map pack with the three pins, and now an AI answer that names two or three businesses and skips everyone else. You can be doing fine in one of those and invisible in the other two.

  • Someone searches your service plus your city, and a company two towns over shows up before you do.
  • You rank on Google but you're not in the map pack, so the three businesses with pins take the calls.
  • You ask ChatGPT who does what you do in Mesa, and it names four businesses, none of them yours.
  • Your hours, address, or business name read differently on your site, your Google listing, and a handful of directories, and nothing you try seems to stick.
  • You've been paying someone monthly for SEO and you can't say what changed.
  • Your competitor has 240 reviews and you have 19, and you've never had a plan for fixing that.

If one new customer is worth $1,000 or more to you, one missed answer a week is a real number. That's the math worth checking before you spend anything.

02 · Free vs paid

The free plan checks your website. The Snapshot checks everything else.

These are two different jobs, and I don't want you buying the second one if the first one solves your problem. Here's the honest difference, side by side.

Start free. The Website Action Plan reviews your site's public signals and hands you a 30-day fix list. If your website is the problem, that's often enough, and you can hand the list to any developer, including one who isn't me. The Snapshot is for when the website isn't the whole story: when you need to know where you actually stand in Google, in the map pack, in your listings, in reviews, and in what the AI assistants are telling people right now.

03 · Inside the Snapshot

Six things I check, and what I'm actually looking for.

This is the paid diagnostic. It's the same work I'd do on day one of a project, written down so you own it whether or not you hire me for the fixes.

01 · Technical SEO

Can Google read your site at all?

Crawling and indexing, what's actually in the index versus what you think is, page speed on a phone on a normal connection, broken and duplicated pages, redirect chains, thin or missing pages for services you sell, and the title and heading structure on the pages that matter.

02 · Local presence

Your Google Business Profile and the map pack.

Category and service selection, service area setup, photos, posts, hours, attributes, and where you place in the map pack for your core searches, checked from inside the service area rather than from wherever my laptop happens to be.

03 · Entity consistency

Does the internet agree on who you are?

Your business name, address, phone, hours, and description everywhere they appear: your site, your Google listing, the major directories, your social profiles, and your own schema. Every place they disagree gets listed, because inconsistent business data is one of the quietest reasons local rankings stall.

04 · Structured data

The markup that tells machines the facts.

What schema you have, what's broken, and what's missing: business, service, location, review, and FAQ markup. This is the cheapest way to hand search engines and AI assistants unambiguous facts about your business instead of making them guess from your copy.

05 · Reviews

Volume, recency, rating, and replies.

Where you stand against the businesses ranking above you: how many reviews, how recent, what the rating is, how many get a reply, and what the negative ones actually say. Reviews feed both the map pack and the AI answers, and this is usually the gap owners underestimate most.

06 · AI answers

What ChatGPT says when someone asks for you.

I run a set of real buying prompts through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers, the way a customer in your city would phrase them, and record what came back and on what date: whether you get named, who gets named instead, what the model believes about your business, and where it got that.

Every line in the report is one of three things. Measured, meaning I ran it and here's the number. Cited, meaning here's the source and the date I pulled it. Or labeled RDS judgment, meaning that's my read and I say so out loud. You'll always know which one you're reading.

Nothing here is guaranteed. Not rankings, not AI citations, not leads, not revenue. Google and the AI assistants own those systems and change them without telling anyone. AI answers also vary between runs, which is why I record the exact prompt and date instead of pretending a single result is a permanent fact. Anyone guaranteeing you a position or a citation is selling something they don't control.

04 · Pricing

What it costs, in plain numbers.

No packages you have to decode, no "contact us for pricing." These are the real numbers, and the credit terms are written down on the terms page too.

Ongoing SEO work

Scoped per businessFixed-price proposal before anything starts

There's no honest monthly package price I can publish before I've looked at your business, so I don't publish one.

  • Scoped after the Snapshot, from the ranked fix list
  • Fixed-price proposal in writing, no surprise line items
  • Monthly report on what changed and what I did
See what ongoing work covers

All credit, refund, and cancellation terms are written out on the paid services terms page. If a number here ever disagrees with what you were quoted, tell me and I'll honor the lower one.

05 · Ongoing work

Why there's no monthly package price on this page.

Because I'd be making it up. Some businesses need three weeks of fixes and nothing after that. Some need content, listing cleanup, and review work running for six months before the map pack moves.

The Snapshot is what tells you which one you are. After it, you get a fixed-price proposal with the scope written down, and you can say no to all of it and just take the report. When ongoing work does make sense, it's usually some combination of these, sized to your business and your budget:

  • Page and content work aimed at the searches that actually turn into customers, not the ones with the biggest volume.
  • Google Business Profile upkeep: categories, services, photos, posts, and questions.
  • Listing and business-information cleanup so the same facts appear everywhere.
  • Schema and on-page markup so the facts are machine-readable, not just human-readable.
  • A review workflow your staff can actually run without me standing there.
  • A monthly report from Google Analytics and Search Console in your accounts, with what changed and what I did.

You own the accounts. Analytics, Search Console, and your Google Business Profile stay in your name with you as owner. I get access, not ownership, and if we stop working together there's nothing to migrate back.

06 · What happens next

Five steps, and you can stop after any of them.

There's no proposal ambush in here. Each step ends with something you can use, and the free ones come first on purpose.

Step 01

Send me your website. Free.

Fill out the action plan form with your site and the searches you want to win. You get 10 pages back in about two business days. No call required to get it.

Step 02

Fifteen minutes on the phone. Free.

A fit check, not a scoping call. We go through what the action plan found and whether paying for the full Snapshot is even worth it for you. If it isn't, I'll say so and you keep the free plan.

Step 03

The Snapshot. $1,500.

I confirm the inputs and the delivery date in writing, run the six areas, and send you a report you keep. It reads like a punch list, not a dashboard you'll never open.

Step 04

A fixed-price proposal for the fixes.

Scope and price in writing before any work starts. You can take the report to another developer instead, and it'll still make sense to them. That's the point of writing down the sources.

Step 05

The $1,500 comes back off.

If you start a project of $3,000 or more with me within 90 days of the Snapshot, the full $1,500 is credited to it. You don't pay twice for the diagnosis.

07 · Questions

The questions I actually get asked.

Nothing hidden behind a click. If your question isn't here, email me and I'll answer it straight.

What's the difference between the free Website Action Plan and the $1,500 Snapshot?

The free Website Action Plan is a 10-page review of your website's public signals: speed on a phone, page structure, what a search engine can read, and how easy you make it to contact you. The $1,500 AI Visibility Snapshot is the full diagnostic across everything else a customer touches before they pick you: Google Search, the map pack and your Google Business Profile, your business information everywhere it appears online, your structured data, your reviews against the competitors ranking above you, and what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers say today when someone asks for a business like yours. The free plan tells you whether your website is the problem. The Snapshot tells you where you stand everywhere, and what to fix first.

Do you guarantee rankings, AI citations, or leads?

No, and nobody honest does. Google and the AI assistants control those systems and change them without telling anyone. What I guarantee is the work: every finding in the report is either measured, cited to a source with a date, or labeled as my judgment, so you can check it yourself or hand it to someone else.

How much does ongoing SEO cost per month?

I don't publish a monthly package price, because I'd be making it up before I've looked at your business. Some businesses need three weeks of fixes and nothing after that. Some need content, listing cleanup, and review work for six months. Ongoing work gets scoped after the Snapshot, and you get a fixed-price proposal with the scope written down before anything starts.

How do I show up in ChatGPT?

There's no submission form and no way to buy your way in. AI assistants build answers from your website content, your business listings, reviews, structured markup, and third-party sources like directories and local press. The work is making those sources accurate, consistent, and specific enough that a model has something clear to say about you. That improves your odds. It isn't a switch, and anyone selling it as one is guessing.

How long before anything changes?

Listing and business information fixes can show up in days. On-page and technical fixes usually need a few weeks for Google to recrawl and settle. Content and review work is a months-long effort, not a weeks-long one. Anyone promising you a date is guessing, and I'd rather tell you the honest range up front.

Which cities do you work in?

I'm in Gilbert, Arizona, and I work across the Phoenix metro: Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Phoenix, and the surrounding towns. I can meet in person anywhere in the East Valley. I also work with businesses outside Arizona remotely.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do. Google Analytics, Search Console, and your Google Business Profile stay in your accounts with you as owner. I get access, I don't get ownership. If we stop working together, nothing gets taken away from you and there's nothing to migrate.

I already have an SEO company. Is the Snapshot still useful?

Often yes, and it's a fair way to check their work. The Snapshot is a diagnostic, not a pitch to replace anyone. If your current provider is doing good work, the report will show that and you'll have a source-backed record of it. If it shows gaps, you can hand them the list. You aren't required to hire me for any of it.
