Your client data stays inside your own Microsoft or Google account. Before anything goes live, we check exactly which folders the AI can read and show you the result, so payroll and client folders aren't open to everyone who asks it a question.
We work in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Gmail and Drive. Your tax and practice software stays as it is.

- Only what its account is allowed to see. Checking and tightening that is part of the setup, before anything goes live.
- We're busiest January through April. When should we start?
- Before the season, so the jobs are tested while it's quiet. Timing is agreed in your proposal.
- Can't we just turn Copilot on ourselves?
- You can turn it on in an afternoon. The trouble starts after: the AI can read folders it shouldn't, nobody notices when a connection breaks, and no one owns fixing it. Those three things are the service.
